  • Background and credit must be satisfactory. No minimum credit score required. However, ant negative marks (late payments, repo’s, collections) could adversely affect your application. We typically look to see that you have more good credit lines then you do bad credit lines.

  • Good renters’ history. (Approved applicants with no rental history will require a double deposit.)

  • NO evictions, collections to landlords or any collections to any utility companies such as PGE, SOCAL GAS, CITY OF FRESNO, or any other municipalities. (This would be an automatic denial even if debt was paid off) ​
