These are the services we provide as part of our property management package:

• Analyze competitive market rent for property
• Inspect and recommend needed repairs and/or cleanup
• Coordinate and supervise all work needed to make the property ready
• Provide signage and advertising through local newspapers, internet ads and our website (owner pays cost of newspaper ads only)
• Screen all prospective tenants, including credit reports, rental references, income verification, evictions search and background check
• Provide written move-in and move-out inspections to document the condition of the property
• Coordinate and arrange all needed repairs and maintenance, including emergency service calls
• Preparation and service of legal notices
• Detailed and itemized monthly accounting reports with proceeds checks.

Management Fees

Our competitive fees are determined on a case by case basis, depending on the type of property and number of units. The fees we accept are based on what we collect for you. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid!

We handle all types of residential property, from condos and single family houses to larger apartment buildings. We also handle property sales, and can help you find additional rental properties to purchase, or market your rental for sale.
